Ingredients
1 Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Wheat Flour Pita Bread2 chicken tenders (uncooked)1 T. Kikkoman's Less Sodium Terriyaki SauceGarlic to taste4 medium mushrooms, sliced1/2 t. olive oil1/4 c. Kraft's Mozzarella Free cheese
Directions
Marinate 2 chicken tenders in 1 T. Kikkoman Less Sodium Terriyaki Sauce with chopped garlic (to taste) for 2 hours. In frying pan, add 1/2 t. olive oil. On med-high heat, cook chicken and 4 sliced muchrooms until browned & cooked through. Spread 2 T. Hunt's Tomato Paste w/ Italian Herbs on pita bread (leave whole) then add sliced cooked chicken & mushrooms. Sprinkle 1/4 c. Kraft's Mozzarella Free cheese over top & bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges are brown. Enjoy!
