Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 ounces cooked chicken breast (skinless, boneless) chopped. Lettuce, baby spinach, sliced cucumber, diced celery.. (any amount, cause they are considered a "free" food)1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chopped. 1 tbsp of PC Blue Menu Soy and Ginger Dressing1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
Toss all ingredients together.. Enjoy.
Great for brown bagging it at lunch time..
In fact, this tosses together almost faster than you can make a sandwich. Your coworkers wil be jealous when you open the lid..
