Ingredients
one can of 98% fat free cream of celery soupone medium sweet onion, choppedtwo cups celery, choppedtwo boullion cubes, chickensix canfuls of waterhalf a cup of rose wine (I used Zin)1 tsp dill1 tsp onion powder1.5 cups dry brown rice1 pound bag of frozen shrimp, tail on, medium
Directions
mix water, soup, wine, rice, boullion cubes, dill, and onion powder in crockpot. Cook all day on low while you are at work.

Thaw shrimp while you are at work.

If possible, two hours before serving put in chopped onion and celery.

one hour before serving, turn up to high. Pop tails off shrimp, add to pot.

Serve with some side bread and a big salad.
