*Kroger ChurnGold Margarine, 2 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped *Lemon Juice, .25 cup Basil, 1.5 tbsp French's Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tsp, 1.5 serving Thyme, ground, .33 tsp Oregano, ground, .33 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 breast, bone and skin removed
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat margarine and oil in retangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until margarine is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. place chicken in pan, turning to coat with herb mixture. Arrange chicken, pieces. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake about 30 minutes longer or until juices run clear.
Microwave: Place margarine and oil in retangular microwavable dish, 12x71/2x2 inches. Microwave uncovered on high 45 to 60 second or until margarine is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except fhicken. Place chicken in dish, turning to coat with herb mixture. Arrange chicke in dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 16 to 20 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 10 minutes, until juices run clear
