Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 tablespoon oilve oil10 baby carrots, chopped2 slalks of celery sliced1 onion chopped12 oz chicken breast, chopped4 oz dried nooldes6 cups chicken broth2 Tbls dried parsley
Directions
Saute vegetabes, add chicken, noodles and broth. Simmer 15-20 min until chicken is done and noodles are tender. Add 2 tbls dried parsley.
