Cauliflower, cooked, 0.5 cup (1" pieces) (remove)American Cheese, .5 cup, shredded (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)Broccoli, cooked, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
Directions
steam veggies, put cheese on them pop in microwave to melt cheese, and put a bit of butter on it, salt and pepper to taste.... if really fills you!
