Hot & Spicy Beef Roast

Ingredients
3 lb. round tip roast1tbs cracked black peppercorns1/2 tsp. sea salt3 cloves garlic, minced2 tsp. red pepper flakes3 tbs Balsamic vinegar1/4 cup soy sauce2 tbs Worcestershire sauce1/4 cup flour1 tbsp olive oil2 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Make slits in the top of the roast. Rub the cracked pepper, sea salt and 1/2 the garlic into roast. Let stand for 5 mins. Add flour to both sides of roast. Add olive oil to skillet. Heat oil (low). Add roast to skillet. Fry lightly on both sides. Put roast in slow cooker.
Mix remainding ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over meat. Cover: cook on Low for 7 hours.
