Mary's low carb salad

Ingredients
* Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped (remove) * Romaine Lettuce (salad), 0.5 cup, shredded (remove) * *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup (remove) * Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled (remove) * *Oscar Mayer Turkey Breast, 4 slice (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove) * Cucumber (with peel), 1 cup slices (remove) * Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Mix the iceberg and the romaine lettuce together with salad forks into a large salad bowl. Toss in the sunflower seeds, cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers. Cut the turkey slices up into smaller pieces and mix it into the salad with the cheese. Toss all the ingredients together with the salad forks. Add oil and vinegar salad dressing as desired.
