Apple and Cheese Bagel Sandwich

Ingredients
1 bagel, split in half (whole wheat is best)2 teaspoons low fat mayonnaise 6 slices extra lean smoked ham 3 slices granny smith apples 1 teaspoon of low fat shredded cheddar cheese or 1 slice of low fat cheese
Directions

1spread the mayonnaise on the bagel
2cover the bottom of the bagel with the ham, then the apple slices and finally the cheese.
3pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
4cover with the top part of the bagel.
