cheesy onion popovers

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped white onion cooked1 cup flour1 cup milk3 large eggs2 tbsp melted butter2 0z cheddar cheese cubed
Directions
Place cooked onion,milk,flour,eggs,butter and salt in a blender until smooth. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan and fill each one half way with batter. drop a cube of cheese in the middle of each. Bake at 425 F for 25 minutes and then drop the temperature to 350 F and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
