carrot salad with ginger dressing

Ingredients
2 cups grated fine carrotsDressing1 tsp honey1 tsp grated ginger root1 tbsp vinegar, balsamic or regular1 tsp olive oilpressed garlicsalt to taste
Directions
Grate carrots set aside.
Dressing mixed together
garlic, ginger, honey, vinegar, oil, and salt.
pour over carrots and toss/mix in well,
enjoy!
