Roasted Peppers,Onions Tomatos and Turkey Ital Sausage

Ingredients
4 Louis Rich Turkey italian Sausage1 large Red Onion, sliced5 plum tomatoes, sliced3 tbsp extra light olive oil4 oz Mancini Sweet Roasted Peppers1/2 teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and italian seasoningparmesan or romano cheese(optional)
Directions
Heat olive oil in pan and add sausages and onion, cooking for 4-8 minutes, turn sausages until brown on all sides. Add sliced tomatoes and roasted red peppers. Stir and continue to cook 4-5 more minutes.

Can be served as is for a no carb dish, or serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
