Healthy Rice and Beans

2-4 cups Brown Rice1 Can Black Beans, strained and rinsed1 Can diced tomatoes, drainedSalsaSeasoning
1. Cook brown rice to directions on box
2. Once cooked, add black beans and tomatoes
3. Add salsa and any seasoning you would like (I use garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and spicy red pepper)
Cook together for a few minutes (until heated through and the flavors meld a bit)
4. Serve!!!
Each serving is one cup. The amount depends on how much rice you use.
**Note: If you stick to a lower amount of rice, the recipe tends to be healthier.
