Olive Garden Pasta E Fagioli in Crock Pot - Vegetarian version

Ingredients
1 boxes Boca Meatless Ground Burger (3 pouches total)1 small onion, chopped1 carrot, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained8 ounces canned red kidney beans, drained8 ounces canned white kidney beans, drained15 ounces "no-chicken" vegetable stock1.5 teaspoons oregano1 teaspoon pepper2.5 teaspoons parsley1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)10 ounces spaghetti sauce4 ounces pasta
Directions
Makes about six 1-cup servings

Combine all ingredients except pasta in crock pot for 7-8 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high. During last 30 minutes on high or 1 hour on low, add pasta.
