Round steak

Ingredients
2 lb round steak sliced thin1 onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped48 oz. V8 juice3 teaspoons
Directions
Brown round steak in olive oil. Saute onion and pepper. Add V8 juice, bouillon. Return steaks to pan. Cook on low 2-3 hours. Serve over rice or pasta.
