Slow Cooker Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients
2 lbs Beef Short Ribs, fat trimmed off2 10 oz cans Low Fat Beef Broth1 14 oz can crushed pineapple, with juice1 cup diced white onion2 tsp ginger root, finely chopped 3 garlic cloves, crushed
Directions
Mix all liquids ingredients and onion, garlic and ginger together in crock pot. Add ribs. Cover and simmer on low for 10 hours. Serve with rice and broccoli.
