Spanish Rice with chicken

Ingredients
1 c. dry brown rice1 can petite diced tomatoes1 can plain tomato sauce (about 1 cup)1 c. diced onion4 cloves garlic, minced0.5-0.75 lb (8-12 oz) diced raw chicken breast4 oz finely diced kielbasa or other smoked sausage1 T chili powder2 c. water1 tsp chicken bouillon1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Directions
Heat a skillet. Fry the kielbasa until the fat starts to come out. Add onion and raw chicken and cook until onion is translucent and chicken is no longer pink. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add remaining ingredients except black beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook covered until rice is tender. Check and add water if necessary. After rice is cooked, add beans and heat through.

Serve hot with a little sharp cheddar sprinkled on top.
