Italian Chicken Meatloaf

Ingredients
* Turkey Sausage, 8 oz * Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 10 oz * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, strips * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced * Oats, .5 cup * Milk, nonfat, .5 cup * Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp * Garlic, .33 cup
Directions
Chop up all vegetables very fine. Add all ingredients together and form into a loaf in a casserole dish. Be sure to spray the dish with non-stick spray. Cook at 400 degrees for about 1 hour or until meat is cooked thoroughly.
