Ingredients
2 10oz. pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained1 103/4 oz. can 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom soup, undiluted1 cup instant rice1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup fat free milk4 oz. Velveeta Light Cheese Product2 tbsp. olive oilcooking spray for pan
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine all ingredients in lg. bowl. Stir well.
3. Spray 2 qt. casserole pan. Spoon in ingredients.
4. Bake for 45 minutes
Makes 8 servings

    Thank you for pointing this out! Somehow I forgot to include the !/4 c. of Velveeta Light!
    I'll see if I can edit it! I checked the ingredients for calculating calories, and it did include
    4 oz. of Velveeta Light!
