Reduced Calorie Jell-O Cool Pie

1 Box Sugar Free Jell-O (any flavor)1 8 oz tub Cool Whip Free (or lite or Sugar free)1 graham cracker crust (9 inch)2/3 cups Boiling Water1/2 cup cold water
STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thick. Remove any leftover ice.
STIR in whipped topping with whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust.
REFRIGERATE at least 4 hours or overnight until firm
**My future mother in law has made this in the past, but for my birthday (since I'm trying to lose weight) she made it with Sugar Free Jello and Cool Whip Free (it would work with lite and sugar fee too) It cuts a lot of calories, but still tastes wonderful! Perfect dessert for a lite summer treat!
