Sweet pumpkin soup

Ingredients
1 quart skim milk2 tablespoons light margarine1/3 cup flour2 cups pumpkin1 tsp salt1 tablespoon cinnamonSplenda to taste
Directions
Place the flour in a small bowl. Add a small amount of the milk and mix until it creates a paste. Add a little more milk to make it of pouring consistancy. Place the remaining milk and margarine in a saucepan, heat the milk and margarine until the margarine is melted. Pour in the flour mixture. When the milk mixture is thickened and smooth, stir in the pumpkin, salt, cinnamon & splenda. Cook stirring constantly until the soup has thickened and is very hot. Serve immediately or chilled. You can also serve with Fat Free Cool Whip if desired.
