Ingredients
Whole Wheat English Muffin, 1 oz *Ragu Sauce, 1 oz Broccoli, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped or diced Carrots, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped *Summer Squash, 0.25 cup, sliced Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.25 breast, bone and skin removed Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Spinach, fresh, 0.25 cup
Directions
Dice veggies very small, bake chicken and chop into small pieces, top english muffin with sauce, veggies, chicken then cheese. Bake for 10 minutes @ 350
