Vegetarian Pumpkin Curry Soup

Ingredients
1 small can pumpkin puree1 can black beans, drained1 can vegetable broth (or chicken)1 can diced tomatoes with liquid2 t. curry powder1 1/2 t. cumin powder1/8 t. cayenne pepper1/2 c. nonfat milk
Directions
makes 6 1-cup servings

bring pumpkin, beans, broth, and tomatoes to a boil, turn down to medium and add curry, cumin, cayenne, and milk. heat through and serve.
