Turkey Tomato Pizza

Ingredients
1 tube (10oz) refrigerated pizza crust2 tsp. sesame seeds1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonaisse1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel1 cup (4oz) shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend1 tsp. dried basil1/4 pound thinly sliced deli turkey, julienned3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled2 small tomatoes, thinly sliced1 cup (4oz) shredded reduced-fat Swiss Cheese2 Tbsp thinly sliced green onions
Directions
Unroll the pizza crust onto a 15- in. x 10- in. baking pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten dough and build up edges slightly. Pricking dough several times with a fork, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 425*F for 10-12 minutes of until lightly browned.

Combine the mayo and lemon peel; spread over crust. Sprinkle with Mexican cheese and basil. Top with turkey, bacon, tomatoes, and Swiss cheese. Bake for 7-9 min. or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with onions.

    Almost posted this one myself- Here are the Stats:
    Calories- 284, Fat-11g, Sat fat- 4 g, cholesterol- 27mg, sodium-865mg, carbohydrates 27g, fiber- 1 g, protein 19 g.

    I couldn't find the reduced fat Swiss cheese, and I used low sodium bacon and deli-turkey. This was very good! - 2/11/11
