Ingredients
1. Carrots, raw, 4 cup, grated 2. Cardamom, ground, 1 tbsp 3. Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original, 24 oz 4. Raisins, 1 cup 5. Butter, unsalted, 1 stick 6. Splenda 1 tsp.
Directions
1. Place the grated carrots and butter in a heavy microwavable dish and keep it in high for few min.

2. Now add almond milk, raisins, splenda and cardamom powder to the bowl and cook
(in microwave) the carrots until done and all the milk is absorbed.

3. serve hot with tea or coffee.
