Kathy's Corn Chowder

Ingredients
6 slices of bacon3/4 cup diced celeryone small onion dicedone cup water1 cup diced potatoone can cream cornone cup milkhalf t season salthalf t regular saltquarter t garlic powder eighth t pepper
Directions
cook bacon celery and onion over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is cooked. drain. add potato and water cover and simmer for twenty minutes or until potato is tender, stir in remaining ingredients heat through do not boil, refrigerate or freeze leftovers
