REALLY low cal, REALLY easy spaghetti sauce

  • Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
1 can crushed tomato1/2 cup green pepper1/2 cup yellow onion2 cloves garlic1/4 cup red winedash of basil dash of oregano
Directions
combine all ingredients into crockpot.
Turn crockpot to high and cook for two hours. Reduce to low and simmer for another twenty minutes. Store in tupperware for individual servings. I use over whole wheat pasta.
