Raw Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups (Heirloom & roma)½ cup red bell pepper 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and chopped 1 tbsp raw honey, optional 1 tablespoons olive oil 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp fresh basil 1 tsp sea salt, or to taste1 pinch of truffle saltJuice of ½ lime½ tbsp of Italian seasoning
Directions
Blend marinara ingredients in a food processor or blender. Add water to thin as necessary.

Garnish with a pinch of truffle salt
