Holiday Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped3 beets, boiled until soft, chopped1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped1 can kidney beans, rinsedmustardmayonaise (nutritional info with regular mayo)
Directions
boil beets. peel and chop. chop all other ingredients. mix everything. change amounts of mustard and mayo to get the "wetness" desired. best if chilled overnight. serving is about a 0.5 cups.
