Ingredients: White Rice, short grain, 1.5 cup *Publix Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz Green Peppers, 0.5 cup, chopped Tomato Sauce-15oz can-Hunts, 1 serving Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
Directions
Saute Peppers, Onions and a bit of Italian Seasoning - Brown Hamberger - Add cooked Rice - Mix with Tomato Sauce - Add Cheese on Top and place it under a broiler until melted
