Stuffed pickled jalapeno

Ingredients
5 La Costena jalapenos, sliced longway and with seeds removed1/2 cup low fat cream cheese3 tbsp green onions chopped1/4 cup pecans chopped very fine
Directions
Makes 10 pieces, 5 servings
Cut the stems off the peppers and slice them longway, remove all seeds and membrane. Lay on a tray or plate and set aside.

Mix cheese, onions and pecans in a small bowl. Spoon about 1 tsp each into peppers.

I always triple this recipe.
