Quince Apple Sauce

Ingredients
3 small apples, peeled and chopped1 medium apple, unpeeled and chopped1 medium quince, peeled and chopped1 tsp sugar1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/3 cup water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes, until fruit is tender and broken down.
Serve immediately or cool and refrigerate.
