Tofu Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients
1- Block Firm/ Extra Firm Tofu2-10 oz bag of Frozen vegetables of your choice1 -Tbsp Soy Sauce1 -Tbsp Extra Light Olive oil (you can use any oil)
Directions
Start by oiling your frying pan. Drain and press the tofu before use. Dice the tofu and put it in the frying pan, cook until it has a bit of color. Add thawed vegetables to mix and cook 5 minutes on med-high. Next add your soy sauce (you can substitute your favorite stir fry sauce here) and let the tofu and veggies take in the flavors. This makes 4 servings. Enjoy!
