Easy 330 Calorie Lasagna

Ingredients
1# Extra Lean Ground Beef3 cloves minced garlic1 - 26 oz jar Chunky Spaghetti Sauce1 cup water1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes9 uncooked lasagna noodles1 - 15 oz container Ricotta cheese (part skim)1 c grated Parmesan Cheese8 oz grated Mozzarella cheese2 eggs1 tsp Italian seasoning1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In large skillet, brown beef with garlic and half of the seasonings; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and water. Simmer 10 - 20 minutes. In medium bowl, combine cheeses (use half of mozzarella), eggs, and remaining seasonings. Set aside. Place 1 cup meat sauce in bottom of lightly greased casserole dish. Top with three noodles, one cup of sauce and 1/2 of the cheese mixture; add another layer of noodles, sauce and cheese. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Bake for 50 minutes. Uncover, top with remaining mozzarella and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
