Banana & Sultan Muffins

Ingredients
100g Wholewheat & 200g Self raising flour, 60g Sugar, 60g Sultans, 3 Bananas. 1tbs Honey, 50g oil, 100ml Skimmed milk, 2 eggs
Directions
Sift both flours, mix in sugar and add sultans in one bowl. Mash banana. In another bowl mix milk, beaten eggs, honey, oil and mashed banana. Combine both dry and wet ingredients and spoon into lined or greased muffin tin. Bake for 20mins and let cool before turning out onto wire rack.
