Quick and Easy Potato Soup

Ingredients
1/2 package Ore-Ida Potatoes O'Brien1 packet Pioneer white gravy mix2 cups chicken broth1 can corn1 can chicken
Directions
Put 1/2 bag of potatoes in a medium/large pot. In a bowl, whisk the gravy mix with the chicken broth. Next pour the mixture in to the pot. Add corn and chicken (optional). Simmer until soup thickens (approx. 15 minutes).

Makes 8 1-cup servings.

    I am glad you liked it! I sometimes add corn to mine, too. Makes is "chowder" -ish!
