Gouda Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
2 thin slices white bread2 ounces Gouda cheese, sliced1 tablespoon Dijon mustard1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Directions
In a small skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat.
Meanwhile, spread Dijon mustard on both slices of bread. Place cheese on mustard side of one slice. Place other slice on top mustard side down. Butter the outside of the sandwich with remaining butter.
Place sandwich in melted butter in skillet. Let cook on one side until bread is golden brown. Carefully flip sandwich to other side and cook until bread is golden brown.
Remove sandwich from skillet. Cut in half. Enjoy.
Makes one serving.
