Turkey Breast Fricasse and Dumplings

Ingredients
Heart Smart BisquickSalt and PepperTurkey breastCanola oilSkim milk (for dumplings package directions)OnionCarrotsCeleryCan of Cream of Potato SoupWaterChicken boullion cubes (2)Corn Starch (optional)
Directions
Place flour, salt, pepper, and cubed turkey breast in a plastic food storage bag and shake until turkey breast is well coated. Brown turkey in dutch oven in hot oil. Remove from pot. Add a little more oil if needed to cook onions, carrots, and celery. Add can of soup, dissolved chicken boullion cubes, and water. Bring to a rolling boil and maintain until vegetables are cooked through. Add the turkey breast back in and lower heat; cook until turkey is cooked through. Prepare and cook dumplings according to package directions. If you like it thicker, add 2 tablespoons corn starch with water to the mixture before dropping dumplings onto the mixture. Makes about 8 1-cup servings.
