Beef Stroganoff

2 tbsp olive oil1-1 /2 lb of boneless round or chuck steak cut thin2 cups of water1 cup of sour cream3 cups of uncooked egg noodles
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat and brown beef - drain
Stir in Spices and Seasoning and water. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer 1 hour or until beef is tender.
Remove from heat, then stir in sour cream. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked noodles.
Makes 6 1/2 cup servings.
