1 pork roast3 cups v8 juice original1 clove garlici medium onion3 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt
Directions
put roast in slow cooker. add v8 juice. put onion and garlic on top and sprinke with salt and pepper. cook on low for 6-8hrs

    very moist roast with a great flavor. the recipe was very easy-i was a little afraid of the v8, to much tomato. i was wrong. i would go a little light on the pepper. i added cooked brownrice to crockpot after i took out the roast, it made a great side dish.

    just wondering how much the roast weighed to ensure the calorie count...6 servings at how many grams...and does the cal count mean all the leftover juice as well or just the meat...I will check back to see the changes...thanks...Ramona - 3/12/07
