6 Ice Cubes1/2 cup Pumpkin (boiled, drained, without salt & cooled - Frozen also workes well for this recipe.) 1 cup fat free milk1 scoop protein powder1/8 tsp vanilla extract2 packets SplendaPumpkin Pie Spice (to taste)
Directions
Blend all ingridients together until desired "Shake" consistancy.
