Smothered Steak

Ingredients
1.5lb top rd steak (freeze 30 minutes and slice thin like for stiry fry)1/3 c flour1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 large onion sliced1 large green pepper sliced12.5 oz can stewed tomatoes crushed4oz can drained mushrooms1 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce10oz frozen french style green beans
Directions
Layer steak in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Stir well to coat.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix gently.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Mix well and serve over rice.
