Yummy Banana Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup while flour1 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder3/4 cup splenda1/2 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted)1/2 cup hulled millet1 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1 cup oatmeal4 eggs2 cups mashed ripe bananas1 cup apple sauce1/2 dried cranberries
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well in bowl. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet mixing until just combined. Stir in sunflower seeds.
Evenly distribute between 21 greased muffin tins.
Cook for 30 mins at 350

    I'm not exactly sure what millet is either....but it's yummy! i found it near the sesame seeds and the sunflower seeds.

    I found the hulled millet at our local health food store. Once I saw it there, I noticed it at the local grocery store too. it was with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.....stuff like that.
