French Garlic Bread

Ingredients
1 wholemeal french load.200 grams low fat ricotta cheese2 cloves crushed garlic
Directions
Slice the bread into thick slices and spread with ricotta cheese mixed with garlic. To your taste.
Place slices into foil wrap and bake in a moderate oven.
