fudge brownies

Ingredients
6 oz bakers chocolate6 tablespoons butter2 large eggs1/2 tablespoon vanilla21/2 ounces cake flour1/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Directions
melt chocolate and butter in heatproof bowl in microwave 1 minute, stir and return to microwave for 30 secs, stir and return for 15 sec increments until melted, do not burn chocolate. add sugar and stir with a wisk until dissolved, add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time and wisk thoroughly. Combine flour, salt and baking soda and wisk to gether. Add to chocolate in 3 additions folding with a spatula to combine. toast walnuts 7 mins, chop and cool. Grease and flour 8 inch cake pan, pour batter into pan, spread into corners, sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake 325 oven 30-35 mins. Brownies done when cake tester is removed clean.
