Tilapia with bread crumbs

Ingredients
1 lbs Tilapia fillets1 cup plain bread crumbs1.5 Tbsp. wheat germ2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
Pour lemon juice over tilapia fillets. Mix together the remaining ingredients and lightly coat the fish. Broil approximately 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
