1 1/4 c Heavy Whipping Cream3/4 c water5 eggs3 rounded T splenda1/2 T cinnamon1/2 T vanilla extractnutmeg
Blend all ingredients except cinnamon & nutmeg in a blender
pour into 6 ramekins inside 9x12 baking dish
sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg on top
fill baking dish with water halfway up ramakins
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tester comes out dry
Makes 6 servings
