Taco Lasagna

Ingredients
12 wheat lasagna noodles, uncooked3 chicken beast, cooked and cubed1/4 cup taco sauce1/2 cup low fat sour cream1 can refried beans, fat free3 cups 2% shredded cheese2 cans rotel, orignial or mild
Directions
Combine taco sauce, rotel, and cubed chicken in bowl. Cobine beans and sour cream in bowl. Spray 13x9 glass baking dish with non stick spray. Spread one cup chiocken mixture in the bottom. Top with 4 noodles. Spread half of the bean mixture on uncooked noodles. Top with 1 1/2 cups of the chicken mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese. Layer 4 more noodles, remaining bean mixture, and 1 cup cheese. Top with 4 noodles, remaining chicken mixture and cheese. Top with onions and black olives if you like. Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick spray. Refridegrate 8 hour or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Top with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream if desired.
