5 pounds potatoes3 pounds old cheddar10 cups flour2 dashes salt1 cup vegtable oilluke warm water
boil potatoes, drain water and add cheese
Mix flour and salt
add oil and blend
add luke warm water until sticky
cover and let set for 1 hour
roll out doe, use top of cup to cut circles, put spoon of doe in the middle and press edges together.
can freeze them until ready to boil or fry
If boiling you know they are ready when they float
