1 box carrot or Spice Cake15 oz Canned Pumpkin- Not Pumpkin Pie Mix
Directions
spray pan with Bakers Joy or Pam

mix all ingredients and bake at 325 for 45 minutes for cake (or according to your cake mix directions)
Cool

    This was really good- my kids loved it. I has to ad just a little water since the mix was dry and I added shredded carrots to the spice cake mix but kids didn't know! - 2/9/09
